How much does shipping cost?

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom. Shipping throughout the United Kingdom is free of charge. 

When will my order ship?

Once we receive your order, we start working on it right away! All orders are subject to verification and approval and take up to 1 working day to process before shipping. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm GMT, Saturday or Sunday will be processed by our warehouse the following business day.

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! After you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. Your tracking number will be sent to you via a separate email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your shipment status.

Lost package?

For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.

What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

They must be in original, unused condition and in the original packaging with the original tags unremoved

Returns are free. A return label will be generated and emailed to you once your return is approved.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 5 working days.

Most products are delivered sooner, but due to high demand, please allow 3-5 days or 3-10 days (depending on the product) for free express shipping. All orders are sent via tracked shipment with reputable companies such as RoyalMail, Yodel and Hermes
